How WalletPro handles your business payments, card information, fees, refunds, disputes, and security.

How Payments Work

WalletPro orchestrates business payments through approved third-party payment-processing, reimbursement, and card-program providers. Payment information is tokenized and handled according to each provider’s secure process.

Card & Data Security

WalletPro does not display full card numbers after submission and does not store raw PAN or CVV. Funding sources are tokenized through approved providers, and sensitive data is secured according to the provider’s process.

Compliance & No Stored Value

WalletPro is a technology provider, not a bank or lender. It does not offer reusable balances, cash-out, credit, or financing. Funds are orchestrated for specific, disclosed business purchases only.

Fees

All platform, payment-processing, card-program, reimbursement, or other applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. If a fee is variable, it is calculated and displayed before confirmation.

Refunds

  • Who may request a refund: The original payer or the organizer, depending on the transaction.
  • When a refund is available: Refunds may be available before the purchase is completed or when a contribution was collected in error.
  • Where the refund is returned: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the contribution.
  • Why refund timing may vary: Refund timing depends on the payment provider and the payer’s bank. Processing times differ.
  • What happens after a partial refund: The remaining balance stays applied to the group purchase or transaction.
  • How to contact support: Email support@walletpro.us or use the form below.

Disputes

  • Contacting support — ask a question or report a problem with a transaction.
  • Requesting a refund — ask us to return a contribution you believe was collected in error.
  • Reporting an unauthorized payment — tell us about a charge you did not authorize.
  • Filing a payment dispute — formally challenge a charge through the card issuer or bank.
