SplitPro™ Under Maintenance

SplitPro™ group payments and reimbursements are temporarily unavailable while we upgrade to our new payment platform. WalletPro™ virtual cards and wallet funding remain fully operational. Thank you for your patience!

How the Platform Works

One platform for business payments: collect group contributions with SplitPro™, or orchestrate multi-card funding with WalletPro™.

For Merchants

Accept multi-source and group payments at checkout without building the infrastructure.

For Businesses

Fund purchases across authorized cards, collect team contributions, and reimburse employees.

Collect group contributions with SplitPro

1

Create the group purchase

Define the purchase, expected total, payment deadline, and number of contributors for your business expense.

2

Invite contributors

Share a secure payment link or QR code. Contributors do not need a WalletPro account.

3

Collect each person’s share

Track paid, pending, declined, and expired contributions in real time from your dashboard.

4

Complete the purchase

Once the required amount is collected and available, follow the in-app instructions to complete the purchase.

5

Share the final receipt

Upload the final receipt and give your team or group a record of the completed purchase.

How a Transaction Works

  1. What the business authorizes. For SplitPro™, each contributor authorizes only their assigned share. For WalletPro™, the user authorizes the portion of the planned purchase allocated to each card they are authorized to use.
  2. What the payment is for. The authorized amount funds the disclosed business purchase. For WalletPro™, an applicable platform fee may also apply, shown before confirmation. WalletPro, LLC is not the merchant selling the underlying goods or services.
  3. Which party processes the card payment. Card payments are processed by approved third-party payment providers. WalletPro, LLC provides the orchestration technology and presents the review screen; it does not itself move customer funds as a money transmitter.
  4. How the amount becomes available for the purchase. Once a contribution or card charge is successfully processed by the provider, the collected amount is available for the disclosed purchase as described in the app at the time of the transaction.
  5. Who completes the purchase at the merchant. The user or organizer completes the underlying purchase at the merchant. WalletPro, LLC does not complete the underlying purchase on the business’s behalf.
  6. If the required amount is not collected. If the full amount is not collected, the purchase cannot be completed and contributions are handled per the cancellation and refund rules in our Service Delivery & Refund Policy.
  7. If the merchant transaction is declined. If the merchant declines the transaction, the collected amount is handled per the cancellation and refund rules. Card payments already processed remain subject to the relevant provider’s timing.
  8. If the final purchase amount differs from the estimate. If the final amount is less or greater than expected, the organizer is responsible for reconciling the difference. WalletPro, LLC does not automatically adjust already-processed card charges.
  9. Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Service Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refund timing depends on the payer’s bank, card issuer, and the relevant payment provider.
  10. Who provides support. WalletPro, LLC provides support for the technology. Payment processing, card issuance, and reimbursement are handled by approved third-party providers. Contact support@walletpro.us for help.

Payment availability, card limits, transaction limits, merchant restrictions, processing time, and fees may vary by provider and use case. All applicable information will be displayed before confirmation.
