Cardholder Agreement

Terms for the Akimbo Commercial Mastercard® prepaid card issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC.

The Akimbo Commercial Mastercard® prepaid card is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., St. Paul, MN 55103, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard. WalletPro LLC is the program sponsor and is responsible for notifying cardholders of the relevant terms applicable to their card use. This page presents the cardholder-relevant portions of the full Commercial Prepaid Card Account Agreement. WalletPro, LLC is a technology provider and is not a bank or lender.

1. About this agreement

This Cardholder Agreement summarizes the terms of the Akimbo Commercial Mastercard® prepaid card account that WalletPro™ makes available to its authorized users. Your card is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., St. Paul, MN 55103, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard. The card program is administered by Akimbo and FiCentive (the Authorized Card Servicer). WalletPro LLC is the program sponsor (the "Company") and is responsible for notifying cardholders of the relevant terms applicable to their card use. This page presents the cardholder-relevant portions of the full Commercial Prepaid Card Account Agreement.

2. Card description

The card is a prepaid card account made available for commercial business purposes. It is not a checking or savings account, not a gift card, and not a credit card. No interest is earned on funds in the card account. The card remains the property of the issuing bank and must be surrendered upon demand. The card is nontransferable and may be canceled or revoked at any time without prior notice except as required by law.

3. Business use only

This card account is to be used solely for business purposes and may not be used for consumer or household purposes. By using the card or providing the card number to any person, you represent and warrant that use of the card is solely for business purposes.

4. FDIC insurance

Funds in the card account will be FDIC-insured for the benefit of the cardholder once the issuing bank has been able to verify identity. FDIC insurance applies after identity verification is complete. The card account itself does not constitute a bank account and is not a deposit account.

5. Using your card

After activation, you may use the card to purchase goods and services everywhere in the United States where debit Mastercard is accepted. The card may also be used for international transactions (see "Foreign Transactions" below). If you do not have enough funds available on the card, you may instruct the merchant to charge a part of the purchase to the card and pay the remaining amount with other funds — these are called "split transactions," and some merchants do not permit them. If you make a purchase without presenting the card (such as for internet, mail, or phone order purchases), the legal effect is the same as if you used the card itself.

6. Foreign transactions

The card may be used for international transactions. Foreign transactions may be subject to a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee as disclosed in the Schedule of Fees and Charges. The exchange rate applied is determined by Mastercard or the issuing bank at the time the transaction is processed, which may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date.

7. Card activation

You cannot use a card until it has been activated. To activate a card, log in to the card program website or call the card support number and follow the instructions provided. As part of activation, you will be required to provide identifying information such as the last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth, zip code, phone number, or other identifying information, along with the card’s expiration date. A personalized card is typically sent within 10–12 business days; expedited delivery (1–2 days) is available for an additional fee.

8. Schedule of fees and charges

Certain fees may apply to your card account, including but not limited to card issuance, expedited delivery, ATM withdrawals, balance inquiries, foreign transactions, replacement cards, and inactivity fees. The complete Schedule of Fees and Charges is provided at the time of card issuance and is available upon request. WalletPro displays applicable fees before you confirm a transaction. Fee amounts and categories are set by the issuing bank and card program and may be amended from time to time in accordance with the agreement. Contact support for the current fee schedule.

9. Lost or stolen cards

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, or that someone has used or may use your card without your permission, contact the card support line immediately. You may also be liable for unauthorized use of the card. Contacting the card support line promptly helps limit your liability. You should also notify WalletPro support so we can take appropriate action on the account.

10. Error resolution

If you believe a transaction on your card account is incorrect or unauthorized, you should contact the card support line promptly. Federal regulations provide specific procedures for resolving errors on prepaid card accounts. You must report an error within a certain timeframe after the transaction appeared on your statement or was made available to you. Contact the card support line for the specific error resolution procedures and deadlines applicable to your account.

11. Disputes and chargebacks

If you dispute a transaction with a merchant, the outcome may be determined through the Mastercard chargeback process. WalletPro cooperates with the issuing bank and card network in responding to disputes. A successful chargeback may result in the reversal of the related transaction. If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact your card issuer immediately and notify WalletPro support as soon as possible with the transaction details.

12. Cancellation and suspension

The card may be canceled or revoked at any time without prior notice, except as required by law. The issuing bank and WalletPro reserve the right to suspend or cancel card privileges if there is suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of the agreement terms. Upon cancellation, the card must be destroyed, and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with the agreement. The terms of this agreement are subject to amendment at any time.

13. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your card and access information (PIN, username, password, and security questions). You agree not to share your access information with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for all transactions authorized using your card or access information, including transactions you did not personally perform if you provided access to another person. You must promptly report any known or suspected unauthorized use.

14. Amendments

The terms of this agreement are subject to amendment at any time in accordance with the Cancellation and Suspension provisions. WalletPro will provide notice of material changes to cardholders as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the card after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
